From My Cold, Dead Hands

I moved here from the heat of Lakeland, FL for two reasons and two reasons only. Freedom, and free money that belongs to me.

Sometime back in the day, some very smart people got together and said, "Hey, I got the worst idea ever!" And that idea, was the Permanent Fund Dividend. You see, the Framers knew that there was going to be two things that would live on in perpetuity: Oil and greedy politicians. So, they set up the Permanent Fund with the sole purpose of giving us our fair share that we earned fair and square.

Now, I'll be the first to admit that I don't fully understand the interworking's of royalty taxes or capital budgets. But I will also be the first to admit that I do understand the science behind the formula they've been using since 2016 just ain't quite right!

In 2008, under leadership from the greatest politician in history, Sarah Palin, I received a check for $3,269. Now THAT is what I can conservatism! The checks we've been receiving for free in the mail ever since have smacked of communism and felt like a boot on my neck. And don't forget, because I sure did for about a decade until they caught me, you gotta pay taxes on that as "income".

I know that I am not alone in feeling that the light at the end of the tunnel is getting dimmer by the day but I am writing to encourage all freedom loving patriots to remember to stand together this November and vote for the politicians that promise to send our state into utter insolvency.
