Francine Wergle says she won't be able to handle another winter like the city had the previous two years. "I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced by the city's inability to make sure I get to my email job on time," she raged. "WE LIVE IN A WINTER CITY!! When it snows, you plow," she continued.

Francine went on to say she shouldn't have to buy a four-wheel drive vehicle with proper ground clearance (although she admitted to really fancying Subaru wagons), a shovel or waterproof boots just because of where she lives. "It smacks of totalitarianism," she added. "I am already forced to drive to work and I shouldn't be forced to own a car that's guaranteed to get me there."

Miss Wergle went on to say that the primary reason she voted for Suzanne LaFrance in the last election was because she was confident that LaFrance would be able to handle plowing the roads and has full confidence in that.
